Singer/entertainer Michael Jackson passed away today
Music icon Michael Jackson passed away this afternoon at the age of 50.
The singer died after suffering a massive heart attack.
The sad thing is that Jackson was set to embark on his “comeback concert tour” in a few weeks. The performer was set to kick off his tour in London on July 13 and be on the road through March 2010.
Jackson may have been quirky and eccentric, but he did have an effect on music, fashion and the media.
And yeah, it is really odd that Jackson and Farrah Fawcett died on the same day. RIP to them both.
