RJD2 Interview: Producer Plays CU Boulder Homecoming Concert Wednesday to Show Off His Hip-Hop and Electro Skills + Music From His Latest 2010 CD “The Colossus”

RJD2 headlines CU's Homecoming Concert tonight

CU Boulder knows how to throw a party.

That’s why the CU Program Council booked red hot producer RJD2 to play this year’s Homecoming Concert.

The show’s being held in CU’s Glenn Miller Ballroom  Wednesday night and it will be a packed show. Free tickets were given out, but since so many are floating around, admission to the concert will be on a first come first served basis. That means you want to get to the show way before the 8:30 start time.

Boulder fans can look forward to RJD2 playing his mix of hip-hop and electro sounds, tunes off his latest CD “The Colossus” — and maybe he’ll even play the theme song from “Mad Men” — yes, that’s an RJD2 tune.

Looks like the CU Program Council picked another winning act to book on campus.
