Katy Perry’s poppy music is perfect for the summer.
That’s why the pop princess just announced her summer-long California Dreams World Tour.
The North American leg of Perry’s tour kicks off June 7 in Atlanta, Georgia and it runs through Aug. 14. No doubt, the singer will be showing off tunes from her hit CD, “Teenage Dreams.”
Colorado made the concert cut, so Perry will bring her show to Broomfield’s 1stBank Center on July 26. Ticket info hasn’t been released yet, but it’s interesting that this fun, summer music tour will be taking place inside — instead of Red Rocks or another outdoor arena.
Regardless, Perry will have a busy year.
Perry’s slated to play the Grammy’s on Feb. 13. The popster’s up for four awards this year — including Best Pop Album and Best Female Pop Vocal Performance — and she’s ready to launch her new single called “E.T.”
