The best place on the planet to see concerts is Colorado’s Red Rocks Amphitheatre.
That’s why Pretty Lights and Widespread Panic are hosting big summer shows on “The Rocks.”
Pretty Lights is set to play Red Rocks Aug. 13 and tickets go on sale Saturday. The tickets are running $37.50-$75 before all those extra fees. Pretty Lights will also play the Fillmore on Aug. 12.
Interestingly enough, three Denver promoters — Live Nation, AEG and Bill Bass are all presenting the show. Everybody wants a piece of the Pretty Lights action.
Then, Widespread Panic announced its 25th anniversary tour. The ultimate jam band will play three shows at Red Rocks — June 24-26. Pre-sale tickets are available Thursday and regular tix go on sale Fri. Tickets are $47.50 for each show.
Stay tuned, this is just the beginning of Red Rocks’ summer concert schedule.
