3OH!3 gets nominated for MTV's Video Awards
3OH!3 is about to face the toughest competition of its career.
The Colorado band was just nominated for the MTV Music Awards — for “Best New Artist.” 3OH!3′s hilarious video for “Don’t Trust Me” is about a global virus that attacks everyone on earth — except the local act.
3OH!3 is up against some formidable opponents. Asher Roth’s nominated for his tune “I Love College,” Rapper Drake also got a nomination, as did Kid Cudi and Lady Gaga.
My bet is that this contest will be between 3OH!3, Roth and Lady Gaga.
The MTV video awards will air live Sept. 13.
