It's a tough year to sell music festivals, so the Colorado Mile High Music Festival is amping up the perks for its Aug. 14-15 event.

SodaJerk Presents already operates two venues in Colorado, and the concert company just went for the big number three.
The concert promoter's latest venue has been dubbed the Summit Music Hall and it has been open for a few weeks at its downtown Denver location at Blake and 19th Streets.

I just came back from today's press conference -- and the Boulder Theater and the Fox Theatre announced they will be merging into one Boulder, Colorado entertainment group.
The merger will be complete pending the approval of the liquor license transfers that will take place Wednesday, June 16.
