Breaking news: Minutes ago, Muse postponed tonight's sold-out show at the 1stBank Center in Broomfield.
The promoters at AEG said it was due to snow in Vail, and the band twittered that its busses and trucks were stuck in the snow.
Now, the show's been moved to an Oct. 2 date at the much bigger Pepsi [+]

AEG and Madison House just announced that this year's 2010 Rothbury Festival was being cancelled -- but for some very unusual reasons. What a difference a day makes.
Yesterday, Denver concert promoters said Weezer would be playing its Jan. 17 show at the Fillmore.
Today, Live Nation sent out a press release saying the Weezer show had been "postponed."
Sunday, Weezer's bus was involved in an accident and frontman Rivers Cuomo suffered from some serious injuries. The band's blog site sounded optimistic, although the band did cancel its Dec. run of [+]

National indie rock band Dashboard Confessional was set to embark on a North American tour, but the group just postponed the tour -- and cancelled its Nov. 9 Denver show. The tour was supposed to coincide with the band's new CD "Alter the Ending," but a press release says the road trip will resume in 2010.
The Fillmore concert was also set to feature local-turned-national band Single File.
