It's been awhile since the indie rock band hit the road, so this will be a very special concert for Broomfield's 1stBank Center. Pavement is slated to play the Colorado venue on Sept. 9. The move would combine the forces of Boulder's top two venues and forge them into one powerhouse entertainment entity.
