The Boulder Theater is planning a full week of Halloween music parties in Boulder.
Gogol Bordello is hitting the venue Oct. 27-28 - and Colorado's own DeVotchKa's bringing its very special two-night music party to the Theater Oct. 29-30.

The CU Program Council scored another big WelcomeFest hit!
Saturday night, the campus group presented electro hip-hop duo Chiddy Bang on CU's Farrand Field. The enthusiastic student crowd danced and sang along to the buzz band's catchy tunes -- with nary a glitch in the night.
The evening started out with tight sets by Colorado's Air Dubai and rapper XV -- who later joined Chiddy Bang on stage. [+]

Halloween week is going to be a big deal in Boulder this year.

Day four of the Triple A radio conference just ended, and it was one of the better years of the music party.

Day Two of the Triple A Radio Conference held a lot of elements of surprise -- and some amazing sets.
The day started out with a special conference set by Eastern European punk rockers Gogol Bordello. Eugene Hutz and a stripped-down, acoustic version of the band performed tunes of its upcoming CD and some crowd favorites.
