The University of Colorado is hosting a special Earth Day party today — and the school invited Trevor Hall to be its special guest headliner.
Hall will be playing the debut EarthVibes 2010 concert/gathering at CU. Tonight’s free event will be held in the University’s Memorial Center and on the UMC Terrace.
Plus, it’s free!
The event starts at 5 p.m. and features displays brought in by the Walt Disney company and info tables. The action moves indoors at 6 p.m., where environmental speakers will take the stage — and the musical portion of the show will happen.
Passafire — a reggae band on Pepper’s record label opens the show, and Hall will close out the event with his socially-conscious songs.
The only admission to the event is to sign an Earth Day pledge to help out the planet. And, that’s a very good thing to do.
