Muse will not play tonight's show in Broomfield -- new date set for Oct. 2 at the Pepsi Center

Breaking news: Minutes ago, Muse  postponed tonight’s sold-out show at the 1stBank Center in Broomfield.

The promoters at AEG said it was due to snow in Vail, and the band twittered that its busses and trucks were stuck in the snow.

Now, the show’s been moved to an Oct. 2 date at the much bigger Pepsi Center.  The promoters should be happy with that– fans who were looking forward to a more intimate concert experience at the 1St Bank Center may not be that thrilled.

Apparently, if you have a ticket to tonight’s show, you’ll have first dibs at exchanging tix to the Pepsi Center on April 14.  No word on when regular tix will go on sale.

Stay tuned.
