Tenacious D will be a headliner at the Outside Lands Music and Arts Festival
The Outside Lands Music and Arts Festival may never be the same — that’s ’cause Tenacious D is now one of the fests headliners.
Unfortunately, the Beastie Boys had to cancel out of the Aug. 28-30 fest in San Fran. The Beasties Adam Yauch is dealing with cancer of his salivary gland, so the group’s canceled several festivals this summer.
Yep, Tenacious D is stepping up to the plate to help out the festival, and the quirky rockers will now be joining Pearl Jam, Dave Matthews, Jason Mraz, Thievery Corporation, the Black Eyed Peas and more at the three-day music party.
