Spoon announces 2010 tour and Denver shows
Spoon is getting ready to release its new CD, ” Transference” — and head out on a big North American tour.
“Transference” is the band’s 7th CD and this group has stayed true to its independent roots. Spoon self-produced the record, and the new single is “Written in Reverse.” The record’s already getting rave reviews from “The New Yorker” and “Maxim.”

To kick off the tour, Spoon will play “The Tonight Show with Conan O”Brien” on Jan. 19.
And — Spoon will headline Denver’s Ogden Theatre on Apr. 5-6. Tickets are $25.
