Dispatch is set to play Red Rocks June 3-5
Dispatch flies under the music business radar, but fans in the know are ready to buy tickets for the band’s June 3-5 shows at Red Rocks.
Dispatch is a three-man outfit that cranks out a very cool blend of reggae, roots and rock music. The band crosses genres with ease and attracts a very loyal fan base. Dispatch also gets A+ in the good karma department, as the group’s known for it’s humanitarian work.
Dispatch toured until 2002, but the band’s reunited for several shows over the years. Over 30,000 fans showed up for the group’s final free show in Boston — and that’s pretty impressive.
In 2007, Dispatch played a run of shows at NYC’s Madison Square Garden to help people in Zimbabwe, Africa. The shows sold out in a flash.
It’s no surprise that pre-sale tickets for Dispatch’s June 3 and 4 shows at Red Rocks are already sold out. That’s why the June 5 date was added to the schedule. The public sale of tickets starts Friday at noon.
Better buy these tickets fast, because Dispatch will sell out all three nights at Red Rocks.
